Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our "Services". By accessing or using any part of the Site, as well as by making the Sleddog Excursion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you may not access the website or use the Services.
Any new features and tools added to the current shop will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can consult the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of the Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SLEDDOG EXCURSION SERVICE
The Sleddog Excursion is a physical sporting activity carried out high up in the mountains, which requires contact with animals as well as the independent driving of a sled (except in the case of Children and Transported). It is therefore not recommended for anyone who is not in good health, has never been physically active, suffers from heart disease, has a disabling physical disability or is uncomfortable in contact with animals.
Children under 13 years of age and transported adults (people who need to travel seated in the sled) will be transported in the sled bag of the sled exclusively driven by the instructors. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure that the children are able to carry out the excursion (i.e. remain seated with an instructor driving, not be frightened by the barking of the dogs at the start, and have suitable clothing for the winter temperatures). Under no circumstances may the Child be carried by a parent or family member.
Should it be impossible for the child to be transported in accordance with the above, the child will not be able to take part in the excursion and no reimbursement will be provided.
Pregnant women may not participate in the excursion, not even as transported.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Sleddog Excursion to persons who, in the sole discretion of Husky Village, are not physically or mentally fit for the activity, including persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in any condition that may compromise the safety of the Sleddog Excursion. Failure to attend the Initial Briefing will result in exclusion from the Excursion, in order to safeguard the safety of the other participants, the instructors and dogs involved in the excursion and, above all, the excluded person.
It is compulsory to arrive at the Husky Village at least a few minutes before the scheduled excursion: in the event of a delay of more than 5 minutes, the excursion will not be possible and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please take into account the weather conditions, road conditions and the time required to reach the facility.
The Sleddog Excursion takes place in all weather conditions. Husky Village reserves the right to suspend excursions if the safety of participants cannot be guaranteed due to unpredictable weather conditions.
To safeguard the peace and safety of our and your animals, it is strictly forbidden to enter any animals on the Husky Village grounds or on the track on which the Sleddog Excursion takes place.
The Sleddog Excursion lasts one hour, including the initial Briefing, sled driving and the final familiarisation with the dogs. The Sleddog Excursion always takes place on a 5 km track, however the actual time driving the sled may vary depending on group conditions, snow conditions, etc.
In order to allow all participants to enjoy the excursion safely, as well as in compliance with privacy and copyright laws, it is forbidden to use audio and video recording devices (cameras, mobile phones, photographic equipment and the like) during the Sleddog Excursion (including Briefing and sled driving), however, it will be possible to use such devices during the familiarisation with the dogs. Any exceptions must be agreed directly with the Husky Village.
SECTION 2 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SHOP PURCHASING SERVICE (Sleddog Excursion booking and purchase, Vouchers purchase)
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have authorized us to allow any minor under your responsibility to use this site.
We reserve the right to refuse any order received. At our sole discretion we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed from the same customer account, with the same credit card and/or orders using the same address. In the event of a change or cancellation of an online reservation, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole discretion appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our online shop.
We may provide you with access to third party tools (e.g. Nexi Pay) that we do not monitor and over which we have no control or management.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, representations, conditions or endorsements of any kind. We shall have no liability arising out of or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Site will be entirely at your own risk and discretion. It is up to you to ensure that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions to which third party tools are subject.

SECTION 3- CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation for the purchase of a voucher or online excursion is 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase.
Bank charges inherent in the payment of the service will not be refunded.
In the case of cancellation of a booking (made by online purchase or by redeeming a gift voucher) during the 72 hours preceding the date and time of the excursion, no refund will be possible.
In the event of cancellation during the 72 hours preceding the date and time of the excursion due exclusively to medical reasons, the cost of the excursion will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate to be sent within 24 hours of the day of the missed excursion to the email address info@huskyvillage.it.
If a child is unable to take part in the excursion for medical reasons, and upon presentation of a medical certificate to be sent within 24 hours of the day of the missed excursion to the email address info@huskyvillage.it, the cost of the excursion of a single adult belonging to the same household with the same date and time of booking will also be reimbursed.
SECTION 4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
Violation of any provision of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Services. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (except credit card information) may be transferred in the clear and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) modifications to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, or use of the Services, access to the Services, or any contact on the website through which the Services are provided without express written permission from us.
The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or affect these Terms in any way.
